The Exertion mini-expansion is a promo pack made available through the "Dice Tower" 2025 Gamefound campaign". It features a deck of 8 cards that players will draw 2 cards from and keep 1 the first time their health reaches a set point. This card can then be used when a situation is most dire, at a cost.
