Kinfire Council: Dicing Beneath the Tower Promo Card

This promo was part of the 2025 Dice Tower Gamefound campaign 'Pack C.'

This Dice Tower themed promo adds a law card to the game. The card text reads "We have a proposal to allow a gambling house in the Coping in order to subsidize the gate taxes but it may introduce a hole in our security." The card ability states "When passed, the Cult gains 8 trophy. After this, taxes for Tier 3 are reduced to 0."
