Lacrimosa: Promo 1

This is a promo expansion released as part of the 2023 Support the Dice Tower Kickstarter campaign. This expansion adds six Salieri cards to be added in to the period deck. The Salieri cards will impact the market of available cards by either occupying a spot in the market or wiping all available cards in the market back into the period deck.

Salieri was a contemporary of Mozart. Their relationship is unclear: some people say that they were rivals, others say that they barely even met. Nevertheless, each of them was very influential in their time.

Setup: Shuffle the Salieri cards and add 1 of them to each period deck, along with the Opus and Memory cards. Discard the 6th Salieri card without looking at it.

Playing the Game: When one of the Salieri cards appears in the row of cards do the following, depending on the type of card

• Empty Music Stand: If this card appears, each player immediately takes 1 Story Point counter of their choice. This card cannot be bought, and it will remain in the row until the Maintenance Phase. Then discard this card.

• Salieri: If this card appears, shuffle all the cards currently visible in the row of cards and place them back at the bottom of the current period deck (right above the next Period Bonus tile in the deck). Then discard this card and refill the row with new cards.
