Captain Flip: Dolphin

When you draw the Dolphin tile, follow these steps in order:

1. Starting with you, each player flips a tile of their choice from their board and applies the effects of the character thus revealed.
2. Return the Dolphin to the box.
3. Draw and play a new tile.
