Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

I got my order and I want to exchange the item, how do I exchange? We will exchange items for equal or lesser value.  Buyer is responsible for any associated return shipping fees. The item being returned for exchange must be in original condition. Contact store@boardgamegeek.com to initiate the exchange and get the return shipping address

I got my order and discovered I don't need it, how do I return it for a refund? We will refund items returned to us in original condition. Please contact us (store@boardgamegeek.com) to initiate the return process and get the return shipping address.  The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item minus any handling/shipping fees associated with the original order.  The refund will be either credited to PayPal or the associated Credit Card depending upon the refund deadlines associated with those payment methods.  If a refund cannot be processed because the refund deadline has passed, a gift card for the value of the refund will be issued via e-mail.

My order hasn't shipped yet, how do I cancel it? E-mail store@boardgamegeek.com as soon as possible.
