USPS Shipping Errors

Dear Customers,

Over the past couple weeks, we have discovered and are currently researching a significant loss of orders due to errors with our local postal service.  We are working with the postal service to help them research the issue and make any necessary corrections.

While we work on this issue, we ask your patience.  We will take care of you and we will make sure the postal service takes care of us.

At this time, we will continue to use the US Postal Service for mailing your orders as this service is the most reliable and economical shipping service available to us.  We have never had issues like this with the postal service before and we do expect this one to be resolved quickly.
